The Handwriting Tag

Over the summer, the wonderful blogger Fab Writings nominated me for the Handwriting Tag. Thank you! I’m sorry this took me so long to post.

The Handwriting Tag

I couldn’t find an image for The Handwriting Tag…so I made one myself πŸ˜€ Feel free to use it!

The rules for this tag are as follows:

  1. Write your name.
  2. Write your blog’s name.
  3. Write your favorite word and its definition.
  4. Write something nice.
  5. Write the name of your favorite song right now.
  6. What are you writing with?
  7. Write a fun fact about yourself.
  8. Write/ draw your favorite emoticon.
  9. Write a silly message.
  10. Write who you’re tagging (the more the merrier).

Although I hate the chain-email-spam feel from the tagging requirement, this tag does help promote blogs — and that’s pretty cool. The writing world is tough enough as it is; we bloggers need to stick together! πŸ˜‰

7. You can read more about my personal journey with sexism here and here.
10. My tags: Just A Girl and a Bike; Psych Perspectives; Alceptress; Surviving in Japan; Comics and the Cross; The Screen Beat. All of you have nominated me for something in the past few months — this is my way of thanking you. Rock on!! πŸ™‚

Have an awesome day, everyone!

  1. Handwriting has been fascinating to me throughout my life. Why is it that really girly-girls have similar bubbly handwriting, while most males have messy handwriting? Does it have to do with the teacher? Is it a case of monkey-see-monkey-do and the type of people one associates with? Anyways, you have very nice handwriting. And just a random thought: I read somewhere that people who write letters with a forward slant tend to be optimistic and forward thinking. πŸ™‚

    • My writing is pretty slanted — so does that make me unrealistically optimistic?? πŸ˜‰

Would you like to participate in this? If you want to, go for it! Just follow the rules above πŸ™‚ I’d love to see your handwriting! Does yours fit your stereotype? πŸ˜‰

  2. That song is incredible. Thanks so much for introducing me to it. I just sent it out to my psychotherapy group.

I also appreciate learning more about you. Thanks for asking me to look at one of your posts.
